Shipping + Returns
 

Please note that our plants are available for contactless pick-up only at this time.

Products will be shipped within three days following your order.  Products that are out of stock may be ordered by sending a message through our "contact" page.

Prices are listed in US$ but payment in almost all major currencies are welcome (e.g., US$, Euro, British Pound, Swiss Franc, etc.)   Price will be converted automatically to your currency - we add no mark-up. 

Shipping is in addition and is calculated at check-out based on your location and package size and weight.  The amount calculated at check-out should be as close to cost as possible; it is not our policy to profit on shipping.  The following countries have been considered - for any other country, please contact us by email:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Switzerland

  • Countries of the European Union (including UK)

  • Singapore

  • For other countries please contact us by email so we can determine shipping alternatives and costs.

Note that for international orders, you may be required to pay customs duties.  A customs document will be included in the package to facilitate customs.

All products are depicted and described to the best of our knowledge.  Note that there is variability in wood that may affect how the product looks - contact us if you have a particular concern or if you have a wish for a particular tone (e.g., darker or lighter wood tones.) 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can do what is best to ensure you are happy and satisfied with it.

If you are unhappy with your product within 30 days of purchase and if the best way satisfy you is for you to return your product to us for credit, we will refund the price of the product when we receive it from you.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs.
