Tricyrtis are super cool plants for the shade garden. They are generally loved for their sprays of smallish orchid like flowers that brighten the fall garden. ‘Autumn Glow’ is an especially nice selection that has lovely soft yellow variegation on the leaf edges. Similar in size and habit to 'Gilt Edge' but a standout for its glowing lime green/yellow leaf edges. The cream colored orchid-like flowers are blushed and freckled with purple. It is one of the most asked about plants in my shade garden. It is absolutely charming.
