Brunnera ‘Queen of Hearts’ is a stunningly beautifully variegated brunnera that has all the beauty of ‘Jack of Diamonds’ and more. This stunner - as befits her title - has a silvery overlay and narrow deep green veining. Those huge leaves - you guessed it … noticeably heart-shaped! From mid to late spring, baby blue, forget-me-not type blossoms are held in clusters above the foliage. This one is my Daughter’s new favorite shade plant .. So eye-catching
Brunneras are classic shade plants and make a fantastic groundcover, though the variegated forms may be slower to spread than the species.
‘Queen of Hearts’ is about 18 inches tall and can spread to 3 feet wide .
